1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777cox" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 777cox.com, operated under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who registers an account on 777cox and uses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Player upon completion of the 777cox registration process.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), exclusive of any bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts awarded by 777cox under a specific promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must bet (calculated as a multiple of the bonus and/or deposit amount) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures mandated by 777cox prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Services" — all products offered on the 777cox Platform, including but not limited to cricket and sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and instant games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using the 777cox Platform is prohibited under local law.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777cox Platform is conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. 777cox applies the 21+ standard in accordance with responsible gaming best practice and will enforce it through KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• You are registering the Account solely in your own name and for your own personal use. Registration on behalf of third parties, syndicates, or corporations is not permitted.
• You are not a resident of or physically located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any wager or accessing any Service.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close associate of 777cox or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from any online gaming platform, and you are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation.
• Your participation is done in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes only, and not as part of any professional gaming strategy involving collusion or system exploitation.

3. Account Registration

To access the Services offered by 777cox, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active Account on the 777cox Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777cox actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method linkage. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and any accumulated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document, your correct date of birth, a valid email address you control, and an active Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 777cox login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account login is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777cox support immediately. 777cox will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before 777cox processes your first withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days), and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account). 777cox reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777cox supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (supported coins listed in the cashier section of your Account). All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit on 777cox is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced due diligence may apply to large single transactions or cumulative transaction volumes exceeding defined thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (08:00–24:00 PKT) are typically processed within 2–6 hours. Withdrawals submitted outside operational hours are queued and processed from the following day's opening. 777cox does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider's own network fees may apply and are outside 777cox's control.

4.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your 777cox Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third-party sources, is strictly prohibited. 777cox reserves the right to freeze and investigate any Account where the source of deposited funds is unclear or inconsistent with the registered account holder's profile.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777cox offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and reload promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only, as defined in the individual promotion's terms. Promotions targeted at "new players" are available only to accounts that have not previously made a deposit on 777cox.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or winnings generated from them — can be transferred to your real-money balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• 777cox reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirement clearance, and at what percentage. Live casino games, sports bets, and specific slot titles may contribute at less than 100% or not at all. Consult the promotion-specific terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• 777cox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's Account will continue to be subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 General

All games available on the 777cox Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all slot and RNG table games are published within the game information panels accessible during gameplay.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 777cox. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. 777cox reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits where unusual betting patterns, potential abuse, or risk management considerations make this necessary.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction, any affected game round or bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. 777cox is not liable for any losses claimed to arise from a malfunction where the malfunction itself has prevented proper completion of the game round. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Sports & Cricket Betting

All cricket and sports bets placed on 777cox are subject to the applicable sports betting rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In-play bets accepted after a relevant event has occurred (e.g., a wicket falling before the bet was confirmed by 777cox's servers) will be voided. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777cox Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the 777cox Platform.
• Using the Platform while physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using VPN, proxy, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or underpublished loopholes to place bets at odds or stakes that would not ordinarily be available.
• Using the 777cox Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime or activity in violation of applicable law.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 777cox staff, other players, or live casino dealers in any chat or communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cox Platform — including but not limited to the 777cox name, logo, brand marks, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777cox or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the 777cox Platform without the express prior written consent of 777cox. Any unauthorised use of 777cox's intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9. Privacy & Data

777cox collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777cox is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications. 777cox does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory bodies as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No access, no exceptions, for the duration of the cooling-off period.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from third-party service failures, including but not limited to payment processor outages, internet service provider disruptions, or mobile network failures that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete transactions.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777cox's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 777cox Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 777cox takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777cox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777cox will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their Account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 777cox Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support. Any wagers placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of an amendment remain subject to the Terms in force at the time those wagers or transactions were initiated.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777cox holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact 777cox support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 777cox will respond in writing within 14 days of receipt.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following 777cox's formal response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body as identified in 777cox's licence documentation.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be conducted in the language of English, and you waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permissible under applicable law.
